Blackboard’s Marketing Operations team is part of the Global Sales and Marketing Operations team, and partners with business stakeholders to ensure that marketing generated, qualified leads are successfully progressed to opportunities. As Marketing Business Operations Analyst, you will be a hands-on professional responsible for the monitoring, analysis, and oversight of marketing pipeline indicators. You will monitor and assess the health of the marketing lead funnel, including lead uploads, analysis, aging, and opportunity progression, ultimately supporting the conversion of leads to sales.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in the effective operation of our marketing campaigns and programs. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders including field marketing, product marketing, events marketing, Inside Sales, Lead Development and Sales Leadership to help track and improve the success of campaigns across North America, regularly providing status on the indicators of marketing generated pipeline. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and interface directly with these internal stakeholders.
