The Blackboard legal team is focused on regularly working across internal corporate functions with sales personnel, technical and product personnel, and central corporate functions on contract matters, and on drafting and negotiating contracts. The legal team has a tremendous wealth of experience in technology contracts in the education space and maintains a solid track record of finding the right people to work with and train to be a part of the team. This position supports the drafting and sending of license and service agreements.
A successful candidate will be a bright, energetic professional with an interest in the preparation and negotiation of software license and service agreements in support of a global sales organization.
