As Associate CC Product Management Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the business needs are documented and align with the task for new implementation or new service. You will configure internal and external workflow solutions for new client implementation and ensure client specifications are met are the implementation, gathering feedback and validating and cascading accordingly. You will contribute to self-organize team mentality and ownership of the Spring commitments. You will complete complex integration implementation for the Self-Help Portal (e.g. domain masking, SSO (CAS, SAML, Shibboleth).
Additionally, you will provide production support analysis and triage on support requests. You will create JIRA Bugs with detailed replication steps, impact analysis, and other related information. You will contribute to team continuous process improvements and provide administrative support for our products.
