As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role within the Community Programs team and will have extensive collaboration with corporate, regional, product marketing, product managements and Global Client Experience teams. The Community team focuses on implementing and managing client facing programs to support client retention and engagement. Team members work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and interface directly with clients.

 

You will help support the development and execution of new client product feedback programs starting with the Ultra Insider Program. This will include working closely with the product management team. You will help manage and execute various feedback programs including promoting the programs and recruiting clients to participate. These programs could include surveys, focus groups, tech previews, client validation sessions, etc.  You will also be responsible for measuring and tracking overall engagement.

 

A successful candidate will be creative and highly detailed oriented with strong project managements skills. They will also be able to put together marketing campaigns to promote these programs through various channels. They will be proactive and resourceful and be able to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, developing, and promoting client feedback programs including the Ultra Insider Program
  • Recruiting clients to participate in individual programs
  • Communicating with clients who have registered for the focus groups
  • Working closely with Product Management to ensure feedback is documented and tracked
  • Managing the Ultra Advisory program which includes promoting the programs, managing the logistics of the monthly webinars, and tracking engagement
  • Executing the campaigns to promote feedback programs, with the goal of increasing registrations and attendance
  • Leveraging a variety of tactics such as email, community site promotion, social media, digital marketing, and internal promotion
  • Supporting the implementation of Aha Ideas to help manage the feedback process
  • Working with the Global Client Experience team and Field teams to promote registrations from target accounts
  • Effectively communicating with internal team members on project phases, goals, and completion dates
  • Managing reporting and measurement of all programs working closely with the Business Analytics team
  • This role requires approximately 10% travel

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of applicable program management and marketing experience preferably in the IT or Education industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Familiarity with principles of content marketing and customer marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets – Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • A can-do attitude with passion and enthusiasm
  • Pro-active and resourceful
