The Analytics Delivery Team is focused on advancing learning, fueled by data informed decision making. As Principal Technical Consultant on this team, you will support technical implementation of Anthology’s Blackboard Data and Blackboard Analytics Modules, Business Intelligence Suite for Higher Education. This position will have significant responsibilities associated with SQL query development as well as initial installation, configuration, customizations and upgrades of client’s Analytics environments.
A significant part of the company’s strategy is to expand the successful reach of client deployments of Anthology’s existing Analytics modules while expanding the breadth and depth of the current product line to incorporate other valuable academic and business management data sets incorporated into Analytics products. In the Principal Educational Consultant position, we’re seeking a seasoned Higher Education professional with Learning Management Administrators, Enrollment Management, Student Success and Retention, or institutional management experience including use of institutional data and data systems in these roles.
A successful candidate will have strong experience in Higher Education across any focus areas such as Learning Management Administrators, Enrollment Management, Student Success and Retention or Institutional Management. The candidate will possess strong communication skills with the ability to be flexible in both language and culture to operate collaboratively in a variety of contexts in global regions and across educational platforms.
This position will have responsibility for leading implementation and consulting services for Analytics Learn, Student Management and Institutional Administration and Reporting Modules. The position will require some on-site work at client locations, but some of the work can be performed remotely.
The individual should have deep expertise in operations, workflows and best practices related to various aspects of the student life cycle within Higher Education institutions, including admissions, registration, enrollment management, retention, academic affairs and/or institutional research.
