Areas we're hiring

Outside Sales

Our outside sales organization represents Blackboard and all we can accomplish. Account Executives and sales leaders on this team build strong, executive-level partnerships with our clients, expand the portfolio of our solutions and services within existing accounts, and identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.

 

Customer Success

Customer Success Advocates and Client Success Managers keep things with our clients running smoothly. They work with new and existing customers to provide guidance, ensuring their success with Blackboard. This group is dedicated to both the growing adoption of all products and services and to our clients’ continued satisfaction with their Blackboard experience.

 

Inside Sales

Our inside sales organization includes Lead Development and Inside Sales representatives. They are key to building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, assisting Account Executives in the field, and delivering world-class solutions and services to our clients.

 

Solutions Engineers

This team partners with sales leadership and Account Executives to craft first a strategic vision for the client, and then a custom solution to realize that vision. As industry, pedagogical, administrative, technical, and functional experts with a deep understanding of technology use in education, their goal is to ensure success in the sales cycle.

 

Sales Enablement

This group works across the organization to ensure that all sales professionals have the tools, skills, and knowledge to be successful. These professionals work closely with a variety of resources to design and deliver relevant, effective programs and information with measurable success.
